Alpha 1 provides door supervisors: for bars, pubs, clubs or any venue where there is a need for the service. Door staff provide a much needed service for your premises by protecting your customers, your staff and property.
In addition to our male door supervisors, Alpha 1 Security have a number of SIA-Licensed female operatives with experience of working in a variety of venues and events. For nightclubs, it is often preferred to have female door supervisors on site to carry out searches on females and to resolve female-to-female conflict in a more effective manner. Male to Female ratio of security personnel can have a tremendous effect on the atmosphere of a venue.
Our door supervisors are well versed in:
- Licensing law
- Evacuation procedures
- Positive enhancing of your customers experience
- The use of minimal and reasonable force and the grounds on which to use them
Our management and staff also have extensive experience of working within London, where door work can be more challenging (for example, involving knife crime and drugs). We find that this experience makes us in higher demand outside London from clients who want to feel that we have expertise to handle any situation. Areas outside London that our door supervisors work are typically surrounding counties such as Surrey, Essex, Kent, and Sussex.
